About the Role

Seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. Must want to utilize advanced surveying equipment along with drones. Travel throughout Vanuatu conducting surveys, analyzing data, and producing accurate land maps. Projects will include private islands to unregistered customary land and infrastructure projects.

Requirements for the Role

• Proficient in CAD and GIS software.

• Desire to have an adventurous work life

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills required.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience. If not locally licensed we can assist.

Salary

building surveyor

Status: Currently recruiting, Open

About the Role

The Building Surveyor works independently completing property inspections of residential and commercial buildings, checking for compliance in regulations, assessing quality of buildings and materials, measuring buildings and preparing inspection reports.

Requirements for the Role

• Knowledge of basic construction

• Ability to identify building materials

• Measure building areas accurately, use laser measure tool

• Sketch a building floor plan on paper

• Be organized and manage schedule

• Drivers License

• Must like working outside

You will need to be highly detailed and efficient when carrying out property inspections, with a strong ability to self-manage your daily tasks.

You will receive support and training from the Managing Director until you feel confident to go on inspections alone. The training period will be based upon the successful candidates uptake of the skills required.

Drafter

Drafter responsibilities include creating digital drawings showing building specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements and setting up production methods. Have hands-on experience with computer design software and familiar with building materials and processes.

Property Valuer

About the Role

Are you an experienced Valuer / Appraiser and wanting a sea change into an exciting pioneering market. Spend your work day as a Valuer using your experience to change the outcome of families in need of your expertise, over working in an over regulated market.

We conduct valuations as a team. Properties are mapped using drones in controlled flight mapping software by our expert. All improvements of building and ancillary structures are accurately measured by our building surveyor on site. All field notes are recorded through electronic forms that connect back to the office. As the expert valuer appraiser your time is spent on site truly understanding the property, the position, and the customers needs. Property sales, rentals, construction costs, land maps are all maintained by the PropTech support team to a level of detail unmatched. Have no worries on the level of detailed data we hold.

ENGINEER

About the Role

We seeking an experienced and qualified engineer to join the Land Logic team to conduct cyclone insurance certification reports and progress reports for predominantly residential construction projects.

Work along side the existing Land Logic team of drone pilots, building surveyors, drafters, Valuers plus a support team of sales, administrations, systems engineers and marketing content creators to make a change in the South Pacific property environment. Land logic is a leading PropTech firm of the South Pacific. Engineer reports will be completing utilizing technology. We believe technology allows us to provide services to those who these services before were not obtainable. We are very passionate about getting families into homes in Vanuatu.
